Aceo Coworking

For Aceo, the challenge was clear: to convey, through a screen, the curated social atmosphere of a place where designers, photographers, and filmmakers connect. We began with a user audit and member interviews to identify key moments: welcome, matchmaking, events. In Figma, three wireframed user journeys brought these rituals to life within a fluid digital space.

The graphic choices – a neutral palette, contrasting serif-sans-serif typefaces, silky micro-animations – extend the venue's furniture and artworks. Strategically, we recommended an "editorial first" website focused on the community and a smart booking module connected to Notion. Deliverables included a sitemap, a complete design system, an animated prototype, and Webflow integration guidelines. Although the project remained at the concept stage, it illustrates our ability to crystallize a premium positioning into a cohesive online experience.
