Your modular and outsourced creative department.

Himitsu is not an agency in the traditional sense. We operate as a modular and outsourced creative department: for each project, a bespoke team is assembled, led by our internal project management.

In three years, over 30 brands have trusted us, allowing us to invest in sectors as varied as fashion, retail, tech, sports, finance, and hospitality.

Manifesto
A brand never exists in isolation. It lives within trends, dialogues with communities, and spans eras. While it can be described by its products, figures, and clients, emotional attachment comes from elsewhere: from aesthetic coherence, a tone that is instantly recognizable, and a universe unlike any other.

This recognition cannot be decreed. It is built through a nuanced understanding of cultural codes, artistic trends, and the dynamics that structure communities. Branding and design are not created in a vacuum: they constantly interact with the cultures that flow through them. It is this cultural intelligence, as much as strategic rigor, that distinguishes memorable brands.

Understanding these dynamics requires multiple perspectives. That's why Himitsu operates as a network of freelancers rather than a fixed agency. Bringing together sensibilities that don't naturally intersect elsewhere isn't just a talking point: it's what enables us to build brand experiences unlike any other.

Based on this foundation, we always start from the brand's reality (its context, history, and practices) to build a coherent global vision. For each project, we assemble the most suitable team: designers, art directors, developers, directors, composers. Our role is not to create a multitude of effects. It is to make the right choices, at the right time, and to translate them meticulously into every brand touchpoint.
Approach

Four core beliefs guide our approach

Our projects differ in size, sector, and ambition. But they share a common method, built on four core beliefs.

01

Authentic Co-creation

You are an active participant at every stage. Collaborative workshops, creative briefs, transparent revisions: your identity emerges from your uniqueness, not from an imposed vision.

02

Agility and Responsiveness

We work in sprints. Proposals in days, not months. Pricing based on the value of deliverables, not on time spent.

03

Integrated Expertise

Strategy, design, digital, and content are conceived under one roof, guided by centralized creative direction and project management. This coherence ensures efficiency and reduces information loss between stakeholders.

04

Modern by nature, artisanal by conviction

We master the latest technologies (artificial intelligence, no-code, motion design) without ever sacrificing more nuanced, deliberate, and human approaches. The two are not mutually exclusive: they complement each other.

Talent Network

Himitsu is, above all, a network of independent creatives based in Biarritz, Paris, Tokyo, and Mexico, who are accustomed to working together, both in France and internationally.

It is precisely this modular approach that makes us strong: adapting the composition of each team to the project's nature, objectives, and specific constraints. No standard profiles. No rigid teams. Each collaboration is designed to create the perfect match between the talents and the brand that engages them.

Himitsu retains creative direction and project management. This is our central role: to uphold the vision, coordinate expertise, and ensure a consistent outcome.

You have a project, we have ideas!
