Joye’s music is a spellbinding journey through experimental pop, where electronic textures meet feminist empowerment and emotional healing. At just 26, this singer, songwriter, and composer crafts an otherworldly soundscape that draws inspiration from the likes of Sevdaliza, FKA Twigs, Björk, and M83. Her music isn’t just a genre; it’s a ritual—a liberating sabbat where themes of empowerment, self-discovery, and resilience take center stage.

Raised in Toulouse, Joye’s early years were steeped in classical piano and vocal harmony. After studying jazz musicology and music therapy, she found her unique voice, blending poetry, synthetic soundscapes, and intuitive creativity. Her debut EP, Thelma (2022), was an ode to “wild women,” inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ Women Who Run With the Wolves. Each track served as a transformative incantation, forging a path of independence and strength.
